Cancellation Policy
Hemnix Technologies follows a transparent and no-fuss cancellation policy to maintain professional excellence. Our terms include:
- All cancellation requests must be formally submitted to our billing department or your dedicated Account Manager.
- Cancellations are only valid upon written confirmation from the respective department.
- Requests are considered valid only if made within 12 hours of order placement and before project execution begins.
- Hemnix is not responsible for policy variations in third-party services (API, Hosting, External Content, etc.).
- Promotional offers and discounted prices are non-refundable.
- Specific exclusion: No refunds are applicable for Taxi Apps, E-commerce Apps, or Food App/Web development.
Refund Policy
Due to the bespoke nature of our high-tech services and digital products, Hemnix Technologies does not guarantee full refunds upon cancellation once resources are allocated.
For monthly engagements, it is understood that payments for subsequent cycles are released based on the approval of the current month's milestones and performance.
Please note that Hemnix does not provide performance-based refunds related to external factors such as traffic fluctuations, third-party hacking incidents, or search engine ranking changes.
